Over the years we have developed a standardized process to ensure that each console that we sell is refurbished in accordance to the highest standards possible.

Our Refurbishing Process

1. Inspect + Test

Every console and accessory that we receive is physically inspected (in order to spot any cosmetic blemish) and tested to detect any functional issue that might require repair.

2. Repair + Clean

Any issue is detected with the system during the testing will be repaired. If the original accessories are not in pristine condition we will send you brand new generic accessories.

When cleaning, a complete disassembly of consoles and controllers is always performed in order to deep clean and repair or replace components when necessary.

3. Quality Control

Once deep cleaned and refurbished the system will go through the final phase of testing which takes 1 to 3 hours in order to make sure that everything works as it should : the system, the controllers, the cables and other accessories.
